“This is the first time that I will sing jazz in a mosque, and what’s more this is Ramadhan,” Andien said, as quoted by kompas.com.
She will perform for the Ramadhan Jazz Festival, which also features Dwiki Dharmawan Spiritual Ensemble, Tompi and Clorophyl.
Andien said that she was always professional no matter what kind of audience she performed for.
Prior to the festival, she will perform in the “Serambi Jazz” event in Goethehaus, also in Menteng.
