AKARTA: Model and TV presenter Olga Lydia will visit Sydney, Australia, soon to promote Komodo National Park as a unique Indonesian tourism destination.
The 34-year-old model said visitors to Komodo Island in East Nusa Tenggara province should not only go to see Komodo dragons, the giant lizard which is unique to Indonesia.
“Komodo National Park is not only about the Komodo dragon, but it also has a beautiful undersea garden,” Olga was quoted by kompas.com on Friday as saying.
She said she often dived in the Karang Makassar area in the Komodo National Park and watched various fish, including giant rays known locally as mantare.
“No diver should miss diving in Komodo National Park,” she said.
