JAKARTA: Actress Peggy Melati Sukma has decided to end her four-year marriage to husband Wisnu Tjandra after mulling the decision over for a year.

“They have made this decision together after one year of discussion,” Endah Mayang Sari, Peggy’s attorney, said on Sunday.

“So this is not a sudden [decision], but came after a long process,” she added as reported by vivanews.com.

The divorce was filed on Oct. 12 and the first hearing will be held on Nov. 1, she said.

“So far we have not spoken about the existence of a third person [in the marriage] or child issues,” she said.

Peggy married Wisnu in 2007. The couple is childless.
