NDONESIA: Noted songwriter and producer Anang Hermansyah and singer Ashanty Siddik finally tied the knot in a private wedding ceremony at the Al Bina Mosque in Senayan, South Jakarta, on Saturday.

As reported by kompas.com, the wedding ceremony was held at 3:30 p.m. attended only by close friends and family.

“This is a private ceremony, only one television station will live broadcast it. We will also provide TV for journalists,” said presenter Rina Gunawan, the wedding’s organizer

The 43-year-old songwriter was previously married to Indonesian diva Krisdayanti and has two children. In August 2009, the couple parted after an acrimonious divorce following accusations that Krisdayanti was having an affair with businessman Raul Lemos.

In early 2011, Anang became the producer, songwriter and duet partner for the 28-year-old Ashanty. The couple is well known for their hits including, “Jodohku” (My soulmate).
