Concert-goers who bought tickets for Lady Gaga’s cancelled June 3 concert lined up on Sunday to get their money back at Gandaria City Mall in South Jakarta, where concert promoter Big Daddy entertainment had set up several booths for ticket refunds.

The booths, which opened at 8:30 a.m., refunded tickets for the 8,000 buyers who specifically purchased Tribune 2 category tickets, priced at Rp 465,000.

Big Daddy executive Michael Rusli said he hoped that the refund process could proceed without any problems until 7:00 p.m.

Your comment:

Beware of police asking for a commission near the refund booths.
Baz Act

Big Daddy, make sure all the money goes back to concertgoers and not a single cent leaks to those who do not deserve it. Also, demand a refund any of the money you paid the authorities in applying for the concert permit.
Robby Kaware

Why would the police be anywhere near the refund venue? The reason for cancelling the concert was because the police said they could not guarantee the maintenance of law and order, so they are certainly not needed during the refund process.
