Anti-Shia alliance reported to police

A

journalist from Ahlulbait Indonesia, an online media outlet, has reported the Anti-Shia National Alliance declaration organizing committee to the police for violence allegedly directed at him while he covered the event on Sunday.

Journalist Muhammad Ngaenan, 28, reported the case to the Bandung City Police on Monday. Ngaenan said the violence occurred at about 5:30 p.m. on Sunday when he was about to leave Al Fajr Mosque where the alliance'€™s declaration was held.

'€œThey stopped me and asked for my identity details,'€ said Ngaenan, adding he was then interrogated by at least 11 people in the mosque compound and was kicked and beaten.
