Kapanlagi.com

JAKARTA: Celebrity couple Artika Sari Devi and Ibrahim Imran, or Baim, will star together in their latest movie, Sang Pemberani (The Brave One).

However, they will be a couple on screen.

'€œThis is the first time we will act in the same movie,'€ Artika said as quoted by tribunnews.com.

Artika, a former Puteri Indonesia, said she would play a single parent with two kids. Her oldest son, Madi, wishes to become a karate champion. Baim, former vocalist of pop band Ada Band, plays the karate coach in the movie.

'€œThis is about parenthood, based on a true story about karate,'€ Artika said.

Baim said he learned a lot from his wife about acting.

'€œI went all out for this movie,'€ he said.
