They will face host mixed doubles Danny Bawa Chrisnanta and Yu Yan Vanessa Neo.

'€œWe have faced them several times. If we can focus, we are sure to win against them,'€ said Butet.

The Indonesians have the better record against the Singaporeans with four consecutive victories. The last victory occurred at the All England 2015 championship, when Owi and Butet won 21-12, 17-21, 21-12.

On April 4, Owi and Butet failed to reach the final stage of the Malaysian Open after losing to Chinese top seeds Zhang Nan and Zhao Yunlei. (fsu/nvn)(+++)
