our people died in a traffic accident involving a sedan and a truck on the Jagorawi toll road early on Saturday; police have identified three of the dead.
'The driver [of the sedan] and three passengers died [in the accident],' Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. M. Iqbal said as quoted by kompas.com.
The identified victims are Doly Bimefli and Diah Kusuma, whose addresses were unknown as of Sunday evening, as well as M. Irfan Rizky Putra, a resident of Jl. Nangka in Cipete, South Jakarta. The victims' bodies were taken to the RS Sukanto Police Hospital in Kramat Jati, East Jakarta.
'The other victim remains unidentified,' Iqbal said.
The accident took place at Kilometer 8,200 of the Jagorawi toll road at 1:30 a.m on Saturday.
According to Iqbal, the sedan, license plate B 512 DBS, rear-ended the Bogor-bound truck, license plate B 9351 FH; fire subsequently engulfed the car, killing the four people inside.
