grarian and Spatial Planning Minister Ferry Mursyidan Baldan has used the second day of Idul Fitri to meet and greet with old friends, including his schoolmates from Al-Azhar Junior High School in Jakarta and Padjajaran University in Bandung, West Java.
"Aside from colleagues from the BPN [State Land Agency], many of them are my schoolmates. So we made this event a reunion party," Ferry told thejakartapost.com on Thursday
It was the second time he hosted an open-house event during the Idul Fitri holiday period as a serving minister since October 2014. Last year he also held a gathering on the second day of Idul Fitri after accompanying President Joko "Jokowi" Widodo to celebrate Idul Fitri in Aceh.
"Last year, I accompanied the President in celebrating the first day of Idul Fitri, then held an open-house event on the second day. This is a time to gather with family and old friends," he went on. (dic)
