linical psychologist Antonia Ratih testified in court that she believes the behavior of accused murderer Jessica Kumala Wongso was abnormal, despite her having a high level of intelligence, as she did not mourn the death of her friend, Wayan Mirna Salihin, who drank poisoned coffee at the Olivier cafe in early January.
"Later, after Mirna died, Jessica exposed herself in public. This public exposure is not normal," Antonia said, referring to when Jessica appeared in some television interviews after Mirna's death.
When interrogating Jessica, Antonia testified in court on Monday, she found Jessica to be a smart and calm person. Such behavior was surprising considering that she was in a high-pressure situation following the death of her friend. She also seemed at ease when answering the psychologist's questions.

"All of her statements were firm and systematic. However, there was a psychological wall in her that related to her past and relationships that involved emotion," Antonia said.
Jessica's defense lawyer, Otto Hasibuan, has criticized Antonia's professional background because she did not have any experience with forensic psychology. Antonia graduated with a Bachelor of psychology, but her Master's degree was in management.
"The expert should be independent. If she has interrogated the suspect for hours, she will take sides with the police. We also haven't got her report in the police investigation report," Otto said. (dan)
