akarta gubernatorial candidate Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono arrived at polling station 16 on Jl. Cibeber 1 in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta, on Wednesday, and casted his vote at 9:30 a.m.
Agus arrived with his wife Annisa Pohan and his daughter Almira Tunggadewi Yudhoyono.
The polling station, which has 481 registered voters, is just a short walk from his house. After voting, Agus spoke to journalists and took some photos with nearby residents.
"This is a very special moment for me, not just because I exercised my right to vote. This is also my ‘fight’ to become a leader in Jakarta,” Agus told reporters after voting.
He said he hoped the election would run smoothly and peacefully and Jakartans would exercise their constitutional right to vote.

Agus also said he was ready to accept the election results.
"That's for sure. I don’t want to speculate how things will play out if A or B happens. I just want to focus on the ‘fight’”, he went to say.
Agus is scheduled to meet with nearby residents after voting before meeting with volunteers who assisted his team throughout the campaign season. In the afternoon, he will attend a press conference on the election with his running mate Sylviana Murni. (trw)
