The Jakarta Financial Management Agency (BPAD) has auctioned 210 buildings in the January- September period for a total value of Rp 9 billion (US$666,518), the agency stated on Thursday.
The buildings were auctioned through the State Assets and Auction Services (KPKNL).
The BPAD's head of asset status change, Gigih Nugrohadi, explained that among the auctioned buildings were 88 buildings belonging to the Jakarta Health Agency, 11 belonging to the Fire and Rescue Agency, and 62 of the Education Agency.
"The rest of the auctioned buildings were from several other agencies and working units," Gigih said as quoted by beritajakarta.id. He added that the buildings had been on the assets elimination list.
Gigih said the appraisal of the auctioned buildings was conducted by a public auditing company. (dis)
