n accident involving a river rapids ride at Fantasy World (Dufan) amusement park in Ancol Dreamland Park, North Jakarta, occurred on Sunday, in which a raft was flipped, injuring three people.
Five people, M. Risma Saputra, Dimas Wildana Putra, M. Satio, Selviani Yuliani and Cut Mutia Azuenda, were inside the raft while it was turned upside down in the wave.
Risma suffered light injuries to his stomach and hand while Dimas and Selviani suffered minor hand injuries after hitting the bottom part of the artificial river.
The company's corporate communications manager, Rika Lestari, said the victims had been taken to a nearby hospital.
"Alhamdulillah [thank God] there were no casualties in the accident. The victims are in recovery," Rika said in her statement.
The company was still communicating with the police regarding the investigation into the accident, she said.
