View all search resultsThe Depok Police arrested a man named Aay Nurdiman, 48, on suspicions of selling 15.2 kilogram of marijuana on Wednesday.
The police apprehended Aay in front of a gas station in Citayam, West Java, while in possession of the drugs said Depok Police chief Sr. Comr. Didik Sugiarto.
“We suspected that the suspect was carrying the narcotics inside his vehicle,” Didik told tempo.co.
After searching Aay’s vehicle, police found plastic bags containing marijuana inside a cardboard box. “We found 15 packs of marijuana inside the suspect's vehicle,” he said, adding that Aay planned to transport the drugs to Bima, West Nusa Tenggara.
The police investigation found that Aay had already delivered marijuana to outside Java on several occasions.
