ational flag carrier Garuda Indonesia still has 170,000 promotional seats available on several domestic flights offered during the Garuda Indonesia Online Travel Fair Festival (GOTF), which will end on April 12.
Garuda Indonesia spokesman Ikhsan Rosan said in a press statement on Tuesday that the promotion was part of the State-Owned Enterprises Ministry’s 21st anniversary celebration.
“We remind buyers that the seats are in high demand. We urge buyers to carefully choose flight dates to ensure the promotional seats are available on those dates,” said Ikhsan.
The festival began on April 1 selling 500,000 promotional seats categorized into those with 35, 50 and 65 percent discounts.
The remaining promotional seats are for the routes of Jakarta-Padang, Jakarta-Lombok, Jakarta-Labuan Bajo, Jakarta-Pontianak, Jakarta-Aceh, Jakarta-Batam, Jakarta-Balikpapan, Jakarta-Palembang, Jakarta-Bengkulu, Jakarta-Sorong, Jakarta-Kendari, Jakarta-Ambon, Jakarta-Jayapura, Makassar-Ambon, Balikpapan-Palembang and Ambon-Langgur.
“Garuda Indonesia is committed to lower prices to provide a five-star service that remains competitive and thus, accessible to all Indonesians,” said Ikhsan. (bbn)
