State-owned gas company PGN announced on Friday evening three new directors and one new commissioner following a shareholders meeting in Jakarta.

he State-Owned Enterprises Ministry has appointed three new directors and one new commissioner of state gas company PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN) in an extraordinary shareholders meeting held in Jakarta on Friday.

PGN finance director Said Reza Pahlevi, who was moved to state energy company Pertamina, was replaced by Arie Nobelta Kaban, who previously worked as an investigator at the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

“These changes are the mandate of our Series A shareholder who, of course, has reasons for such a change,” said PGN president director Gigih Prakoso Soewarto in reference to the SOEs Ministry.

The ministry also appointed the gas company’s infrastructure and technology director, Dilo Seno Widagdo, as commercial director to replace Danny Praditya. Dilo's position was filled by Redy Ferryanto, who previously worked for state-owned consultancy company Energy Management Indonesia.

Lastly, PGN independent commissioner Mohamad Ikhsan was replaced by Christian Siboro.
