What's next for Stamp Fairtex? Stamp Fairtex poses inside the Circle ahead of her world title fight against ONE atomweight world champion Angela Lee at ONE X in March.

a href="https://www.onefc.com/athletes/stamp/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Stamp Fairtex has accomplished many incredible feats during her ONE Championship career, but what makes them so impressive is that she’s still only 24 years old.

The Thai sensation is a former two-sport ONE world champion who has faced some of the most dangerous women on ONE’s atomweight Muay Thai and kickboxing rosters.

On top of that, Stamp also successfully made the switch from the striking disciplines to mixed martial arts (MMA) and became the ONE Women’s Atomweight World Grand Prix champion last year.

While her quest for three-sport glory was derailed slightly by atomweight queen “Unstoppable” Angela Lee at ONE X, the enigmatic superstar still has plenty of opportunities ahead of her.

Here we look at three possible opponents for Stamp inside the ONE Championship Circle.

#1 Anissa Meksen

While Stamp has focused primarily on MMA over the last year, fans would be excited to see her dive back into either Muay Thai or kickboxing.

If she were to do so, an intriguing opponent for the Thai star to face would be French veteran Anissa Meksen. Meksen is widely regarded as one of the world's best female strikers, and she is on a two-fight winning streak in The Home of Martial Arts.

“C18’s” aggressive style could test Stamp and serve as interesting opposition to the Fairtex athlete’s light and technical footwork.

#2 Victoria Lee

If the top-ranked women’s atomweight contender chooses to stay in mixed martial arts, teenage phenom Victoria “The Prodigy” Lee may serve as an appropriate opponent – given Stamp’s last outing in the Circle.

As mentioned, Stamp faced Victoria’s older sister and longtime ONE Women’s Atomweight World Champion Angela Lee earlier this year. She stood and banged with the divisional queen but ultimately succumbed to Lee’s prowess on the canvas.

The younger Lee has had an exciting run in the Circle thus far, and she has ended all three of her bouts by finish or submission. There is no doubt that Stamp would have redemption in mind if she came up against Victoria, and the battle would be an interesting test of the up-and-coming star’s skills.

#3 Itsuki Hirata

Stamp has claimed five of her eight MMA victories in the Circle by knockout or submission, so it would be fitting for her to meet a fighter with a similar finishing rate.

Enter Japanese fighter Itsuki Hirata, who would undoubtedly be a dangerous foe for the Thai superstar thanks to her background in both judo and submission grappling.

Hirata has only tasted defeat once since debuting on the global stage in 2019, and she currently holds a record of 4-1. “Android 18” quickly made a name for herself when she earned two back-to-back victories via submission.

Her skills would serve as a welcoming challenge on the ground for Stamp, who recently earned her purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
