his past weekend, ONE Championship released its full card for ONE 162: Zhang vs. Di Bella and the line-up is stacked from top to bottom. The event is slated for Oct. 21 at the Axiata Arena in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
Zhang Peimian and Jonathan Di Bella will go head-to-head in the main event for the vacant ONE Strawweight Kickboxing World Championship.
After two subsequent victories this year, Peimian has made quite the name for himself. “Fighting Rooster” made a splash in his debut at ONE: LIGHTS OUT in March, with a second-round KO of Aussie Joshua “Timebomb” Tonna.
Italian-Canadian Di Bella will be making his debut in the organization after accumulating a perfect 10-0 record in kickboxing. The Chinese strawweight will meet his 26-year-old foe’s strategic footwork in the Circle, and it promises to be an exciting evening for fans worldwide.
The co-main event of the evening sees the return of Dutch superstar Nieky Holzken and Russia’s Islam Murtazaev.
“The Natural” is one of Holland’s finest strikers and trained under the legendary Ramon Dekkers. He looks to redeem himself after his last loss against Sinsamut Klinmee.
However, Murtazaev brings his Muay Thai background to this striking matchup, ensuring that this will be a fast-paced and action-filled bout.

Super Strikers Round Out The Rest Of The Main Card
Fifth-ranked contender Reece McLaren is back in the Circle after an incredible performance against Xie Wei at ONE 158: Tawanchai vs. Larsen. “Lightning” will take on Windson Ramos, who is currently riding a five-fight winning streak.
Thai superstar and #4-ranked contender Sitthichai Sitsongpeenong faces Mohammed Boutasaa in a bout that could shake up the featherweight kickboxing division. The Thai is one of the most acclaimed athletes in ONE, but “Too Sharp” holds a professional and undefeated record of 15-0.
Also on the main card, Alex Silva and Gustavo Balart will compete in a strawweight mixed martial arts battle. Finally, Jimmy Vienot returns to the Circle in a featherweight Muay Thai matchup against Niclas Larsen.
