View all search resultsPT First Media, the parent company of mobile internet provider Bolt PT Internux, has stopped the sale of the 4G LTE Bolt internet device amid uncertainty over the future of the service after the Communications and Information Ministry revoked the frequency permits used for the service.
The revocation of First Media’s permit will not affect the company’s customers of internet and cable TV services, but it will affect users of mobile broadband offered through Bolt, according to the Communications and Information Ministry.
Publicly listed internet service provider Link Net, known for its broadband service FastNet, saw its net profits go up by a double-digit margin in the first nine months of the year, on the back of the increased penetration of its services into the country’s major cities.
