View all search resultsA group of students and lecturers at the University of Indonesia completed in September the production of a guide book outlining the standard operational procedures for handling sexual violence on campus. This was among the first of its kind, discussing, regulating and widely defining the sexual harassment that happens during college life.
Despite allegations of sexual harassment against his female students, a lecturer at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of North Sumatra (USU), identified only as Sisipus, has only been given a warning letter from the faculty and is therefore still allowed to teach.
