Thomas Lebas clocked the fastest time in the 2017 Tour de Flores, finishing in 19 hours, 38 minutes and 21 seconds.
Lebas, a Frenchman in the Japanese Kinan Cycling team, won the race by four minutes ahead of Iranian Arvin Moazambigodarzi from Iran's Pishgaman Cycling team.
Third place was snatched by Filipino Marcelo Felipe, a racer from the Philippines 7 Eleven Cycling Team.
In the sixth and final stage of the race, which stretched some 120 kilometers from Ruteng to Labuan Bajo, overall winner Lebas led with 3 hours, 23 minutes and 15 seconds, according to a statement.

Muhammad Imam Arifin from Indonesia's KFC Cycling team was the fastest Indonesian racer and placed fourth overall with a time of 19 hours, 48 minutes and 35 seconds. (liz/asw)
