coot, the result of a merger between Scoot and Tigerair, is scheduled to operate at Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang starting from March 14 with a route to Singapore.
M. Suriawan Wakan, the executive general manager of the airport, said he fully supported the move. “Currently, the airline is using two types of Airbus – A319 and A320,” M. Suriawan said in a press release. “Meanwhile, the flight on March 14 will use the A320.”

The airline, which is known as the low-cost airline under Singapore Airlines group, is set to have three check-in counters; 11, 12 and 13, in D area. Scoot previously operated at the airport’s Terminal 2.
Aside from Scoot, there are other airlines already operating at Terminal 3, among them are Garuda Indonesia Airlines, Vietnam Airlines, China Southern Airlines and Saudi Arabian Airlines. (wir/mut)
