Chinese airline China Eastern will move from Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport in Tangerang, Banten, on April 7.
“China Eastern passengers are advised to pay attention to the tickets and videotron information displays, to avoid entering the wrong terminal,” senior manager of branch communications and legal of the airport, Febri Toga Simatupang, said in a press release sent to kompas.com.
Febri went on to say that the move was expected to help improve China Eastern's service.
Furthermore, according to Febri, China Eastern passengers who check-in in at Terminal 3 would be directed to visit the check-in counter at Island D (D01-D06).
Terminal 3 is the newest terminal at the Soekarno-Hatta airport complex. Its interior is sleek and spacious to ensure convenience for passengers. Parts of the terminal are also used to display the works of Indonesia's prominent artists. (gis/mut)
