ank Jakarta is moving ahead with its plan for an initial public offering (IPO) in June 2027 while cautioning that the corporate action would still depend on capital market dynamics.

Bank Jakarta president director Agus Haryoto Widodo said the company was preparing for an IPO and would carry out the process gradually before entering the capital market.

“Bank Jakarta’s IPO is currently in process. The target is set for June 2027, but it depends on the [market] situation,” said Agus on Friday, as quoted by Bisnis

He emphasized that the IPO target could shift with capital market dynamics and future business conditions, as the firm looks for the right moment to go public.

Bank Jakarta has taken several steps to advance its IPO plan, including setting a target to achieve a net profit of Rp 1 trillion (US$56.4 million) this year.

According to Agus, this year marked an execution phase for the company after focusing on strengthening its structure throughout 2025. The fundamental strengthening effort had also been touted as part of the bank’s preparation before becoming a publicly listed company.
