icking off with great enthusiasm, the Learning Festival X Final Innovation Festival (I-Fest) 2023, a program by PT Permodalan Nasional Madani, was graced by the presence of the guest star Prilly Latuconsina as a speaker. The event took place in the Ballroom of Menara PNM in South Jakarta, from Oct. 12 to 13.

The event was also attended by PNM's Operations, Digital and Information Technology director Sunar Basuki, Finance director Ninis Kesuma and all the participants of I-Fest 2023 who made it to the final round.

During the talk show, Prilly conveyed a message related to the role of women and the account officers (AOs) at PNM, 99 percent of whom are women. She stated, "The role of our AO friends is a value that, in my opinion, is far higher than money. As fellow human beings, we can have an impact on others."

In a discussion on leadership and women's empowerment, Prilly told PNM Mekaar AOs that women were capable of breaking the stigmas imposed by society all these years. Women have the potential to push boundaries and break the glass ceiling.

Prilly also expressed her appreciation for the PNM Mekaar AOs who were on the frontline of the company. Every job comes with its challenges; it was just a matter of our ability to persevere and continue to tap into our potential.

With the theme Expand-Excel-Empower-Embed, this event aimed to transform all PNM employees into agents of change. Providing a platform to harness innovative ideas for the company's business portfolio, the event also strove to enhance the productivity of employees for the benefit of PNM's customers.

"This event, in particular, can serve as a stepping stone for PNM's future, and we will continue to conduct it regularly so that the creativity and competence of PNM employees throughout Indonesia can improve," said Sunar.

The event continued with the final pitching sessions for the I-Fest participants. This was to add to the innovation portfolio for the sustainability of PNM, ensuring that it remains ready to contribute to the grassroots economy of Indonesia through the ultra-micro business sector.

PNM hopes that its presence can continue to provide financial services and support to all segments of the Indonesian population. PNM consistently provides its customers with financial, intellectual and social capital. PNM continually empowers small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and ultra-micro enterprises. PNM is also committed to increasing its customer base, which now stands at 14.8 million.
