The latest culinary gem, located on the eighth floor of Samasta Village Jimbaran, opened on Aug. 11, and operates from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m. daily.
With the opening of the Adriana Cocina & Bar, prepare to be transported to a world of passion and fantasy, with chef Jeremy Tourret leading Adriana Cocina & Bar, bringing authentic yet modern Mexican flavors to Bali.
Jeremy’s creations are a celebration of Mexico’s rich culinary heritage, blending traditional techniques with modern twists from his experience in Mexico and working with different cuisines all around the world.
In Adriana, the menu is carefully crafted using the best local-sourced ingredients and some products imported directly from Mexico, making each dish a love story and passion for Mexico.
A lineup of signature cocktails curated by the talented head mixologist Rhama complements the exquisite cuisine.
Guests can indulge in a variety of expertly crafted drinks, each designed to enhance the experience. Whether it’s a classic margarita or a daring new concoction, every sip of Adriana’s favorite drinks promises to transport the drinker to their fantasy world.

With a total capacity of 216 seats, the venue includes both indoor and outdoor areas, and two bars.
For those seeking an exclusive experience, Mi Casa, the VIP area features a Jacuzzi and exclusively accommodates up to 44 VIPs.
Guests can dance the night away with live DJ performances, creating a vibrant and energetic atmosphere.
