The highlight of the updated program is the Diamond+ tier, offering exclusive benefits for those who frequently use Trip.com’s services. Members in this top tier will enjoy perks such as priority customer support, upgrades in airport transfers and free access to select attractions around the world.
Trip.com has also made it easier for loyal members to move up the ranks, with flexible upgrade requirements based on booking activity. This new structure aims to reward long-term loyal members, providing them with access to premium travel benefits as they advance from tier to tier.
In addition to the new tier structure, members can look forward to a variety of rewards, including the accumulation of Trip Coins for redeeming on the platform, as well as exclusive hotel offers. Premium members also gain access to airport lounges and other VIP services, enhancing comfort during their travels.
The updated membership program is set to launch in October 2024, coinciding with the 25th anniversary of Trip.com Group.
