he food and beverage industry in Indonesia has continued to develop in 2024. As of the first quarter of 2024, the non-oil and gas gross domestic product (GDP) was dominated by the food and beverage industry, contributing 39.91 percent, or 6.47 percent of the total national GDP.
In line with this, the food packaging industry is also seeing growth. The packaging industry's growth rate is estimated at 6 percent, surpassing the national economic growth target of 5 percent in 2024. To provide the industry with the latest information and trends in packaging and printing, Krista Exhibitions is once again holding ALLPack Indonesia 2024, which will be held at the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo), Kemayoran, Jakarta, from Oct. 9-12. target
ALLPack Indonesia 2024, the 23rd international-scale exhibition, will showcase processing and packaging technologies for food, beverages, biscuits, confectionery, pharmaceuticals, traditional herbal drinks, cosmetics, personal care, beauty products, agriculture, electronics, refrigeration and other related industries.
Alongside this, ALLPlas Indonesia Expo, ALL Food Technology Indonesia Expo, ALLProcess Indonesia Expo, ALL Industrial Expo, IPEX – Indonesia Pharmaceutical Expo, ALL Beverage Technology Indonesia Expo and the international printing industry exhibition ALLPrint Indonesia 2024, the 25th edition, will display various printing technologies, equipment and machinery supplies. Exhibitions such as World of Paper Tissue, Textile Printing, Print for Pack, Indo Sign & AD, Inter Corrugated and Pro Label Asia will also take place simultaneously.
"ALLPack Indonesia and ALLPrint Indonesia 2024 will be attended by more than 1,500 companies from the local and international packaging and printing industries. The AllPack Indonesia and ALLPrint Indonesia exhibitions attracted over 69,000 local visitors from 47 countries in 2023 and are targeting 80,000 visitors this year," said Krista Exhibitions' chief executive officer, Daud D. Salim, during a press conference at the Industry Ministry building.
Participants in ALLPack Indonesia and ALLPrint Indonesia 2024 come from over 30 countries, including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Poland, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, the United Kingdom, the United States, Vietnam, Bavaria, the Netherlands and Denmark.
"ALLPack Indonesia and ALLPrint Indonesia 2024 will not only focus on product exhibitions, but during the four-day event there will also be various talk shows, presentations, seminars and business matching sessions between exhibitors and buyers/potential investors in the packaging, food processing and manufacturing industries. The goal is to facilitate knowledge exchange, company collaboration and better business development,” Daud said.
“Through ALLPack Indonesia and ALLPrint Indonesia 2024, we will bring together hundreds of professionals in processing, packaging, printing and automation within the food and beverage, pharmaceutical and cosmetics sectors.
