Central Java Police Criminal Investigation Department Head Sr. Comr. Article 192 concerns the obstruction or destruction of public roads, carrying a maximum sentence of nine years in prison or up to 15 years if the act results in fatalities. Article 160 pertains to inciting unrest, which carries a maximum sentence of six years in prison, while Article 169 deals with participating in a group with criminal intent, which is punishable by up to six years’ imprisonment.
