The human’s bod has a system that makes it react in certain ways to certain environments. For example, when someone tries to work in bed, their body will prepare itself to sleep instead. The same thing applies to other spaces in the house, such as the living room, playground or perhaps that comfortable couch. Therefore, it is important to set a specific place for working.

There are people who are comfortable listening to music while working, while there are those who need total silence to think clearly. If you happen to be the second type, consider using noise-cancelling headphones in order to help you work better.

Give yourself a reward

No matter how committed to work you are, sometimes you might lose your motivation.
