he 2019 edition of We The Fest has launched Submit Your Music, an event that gives local musicians the chance to perform at the upcoming annual music festival.
Open until June 1 at 11:59 p.m., Indonesian musicians who have five original songs are encouraged to register online for an opportunity to showcase their talents at the festival, which will take place from July 19 to 21 at JIExpo Kemayoran in Central Jakarta.

“Indonesia has many talented musicians from various genres who have not had the chance to be heard. Submit Your Music can be a platform for them to show their best work,” the brand manager of We The Fest organizer Ismaya Live, Sarah Deshita, said in a statement.

Previous winners of Submit Your Music since its first installment in 2016 are Onar, The Panturas, Garhana, Texpack and West Jamnation.
We The Fest 2019 is set to feature Rae Sremmurd as the headliner. Foreign and local musicians of various genres will also perform at the event, such as Daniel Caesar, Alvvays, Sabrina Claudio, DEAN, Rad Museum, San Holo, 6LACK, Cigarettes After Sex, Tulus, RAN, DEWA19 feat.
