American progressive metal band Dream Theater is set to perform in Jakarta this year.
The concert will be part of the band's "Distance Over Time" tour, which celebrates the 20th anniversary of its first concept album Metropolis Pt. 2: Scenes from a Memory.
Music promoter Rajawali Indonesia announced in an Instagram post that Dream Theater would hold the event on April 16 at Allianz Ecopark Ancol, North Jakarta.

Available at tiketapasaja.com, the presale ticket sales will open on 11:59 a.m. Jakarta time on Feb. 8, priced at Rp 400,000 (US$29.26) for Festival B and Rp 700,000 for Festival A.
Meanwhile the regular ticket sales will open on 11:59 a.m. on Feb. 9, priced at Rp 600,000 for Festival B and Rp 900,000 for Festival A.
The tickets will also be available on the door, priced at Rp 900,000 for Festival B and Rp 1.5 million for Festival A. ⠀
Dream Theater previously held concerts in Indonesia in 2012, 2014 and 2017.
