Restaurants, bars and bakeries in Jakarta are offering delivery services to customers who have limited options due to large-scale social restrictions and physical distancing.
s a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, almost all of us are in self-quarantine at home, where we may be forced to cook more than before or order more than usual from the restaurants, bakeries and various food outlets that are still open.
Beyond these outlets, which have long offered delivery services, is a list of restaurants that have recently hopped on the delivery bandwagon in order to stay in business.
Below are some options of food and beverage establishments for you to consider during self-quarantine:
Fans of Boga Group's Boga Kitchen restaurants, which include Bakerzin, Putu Made, Onokabe, Pepper Lunch, Sushi & Bento Yay!, Shaburi, Kintan Buffet, 10TEN and Paradise Dynasty, can now have ready-to-eat and ready-to-cook foods from the aforementioned outlets delivered to their doorstep.
More than 50 dishes are available to choose from, from oxtail soup and beef pepper rice to cheese salmon rolls.

Union Group
Three Union Group establishments, Bistecca in South Jakarta, Caffè Milano in Central Jakarta and Roma Osteria & Bar in South Jakarta, are currently offering delivery services, allowing customers at home to order a variety of dishes including steaks, pastas, pizzas, desserts and specialty coffees.

Additionally, Union Brasserie, Bakery and Bar restaurants are providing delivery for their food and beverages, including es kopi lokal to go (local ice coffee to-go), available in 500 milliliter and 1 liter sizes, wood-fired pizzas, pastas, steaks, cakes, donuts and wine packages.

The group's restaurant and wine bar Cork & Screw and gourmet café Benedict also provide both a delivery service and discounts of up to 20 percent.
Cork & Screw interestingly offers family meals of Asian and Western cuisines for three to four people, as well as vacuum-packed meals, like two pieces of duck breast with Madura-style sambal (chili) and 1 kilogram of Australian stockyard wagyu striploin MB6+.
Benedict offers the rice box and other dishes, such as steak and eggs, Korean bowl, Benedict burger, salmon yakisoba, boba cake and chocolate cashew cake.

Meat lovers can have juicy steaks from Holycow! Steakhouse sent to their house, including its signature dishes such as wagyu tenderloin and US rib eye with a variety of sauces, like barbeque, black pepper and mushroom.
The meat can last up to one month in the freezer or up to three days in the chiller.

A wide array of traditional Indonesian delicacies are available for takeaway, delivery order and #ParkandGo service at some Sate Khas Senayan restaurants. Dishes on offer include plecing kangkung (blanched water spinach), sate ayam campur bumbu Blora (chicken skewer mixed with Blora sauce) and different types of jamu (traditional herbal tonic).

Lawless Burgerbar
Located in the southern and central parts of Jakarta, Lawless Burgerbar is currently offering a drop-shipping service for those in Greater Jakarta who crave their addictive burgers.
“All you have to do is tell us where you live and every week, we’ll pick the area with the most votes and set up a pick-up point there,” read its Instagram post. “You can pick up your food yourself or use an online courier service.”

Byurger restaurant in South Jakarta is also offering a delivery service, allowing you to try their Damn Basic burger, Sexyback Rib burger, Le Truffle burger or the recently launched burgers: Fancy Freen and Bulgogi Bossam.

Duck Down
Duck Down Pizza Party in Kemang, South Jakarta, is offering delivery for its charcoal-grilled pizzas, snacks, hot pockets and drinks. For first-timers, among the more popular dishes are its Fun Guy and China Fire pizzas and their snacks Happy Potato, Cock Slayer and DDB’s Hot Dog.

Jakarta-based hospitality company Ismaya recently launched a gourmet and bottle shop where customers can have their favorite foods, meats, wines and liquor delivered to their homes.
Limited-time discounts of up to 80 percent are available at the Ismaya Bottle Shop, which also provides a limited collection of Hibiki 17, Yamazaki 12 and Macallan Sherry Oak 18.

Beer Hall in South Jakarta is delivering food and drinks, such as a craft beer package and bottle option that includes a voucher for those who buy a certain amount of bottles.
