artygoers can still find ways to have fun amid the epidemic. One option is spending this weekend enjoying cutting-edge electronic tunes at the digital festival Neverwhere, presented by South Jakarta club Zodiac in collaboration with creative collective Studiorama and live music video collective Sounds from the Corner.

The festival will be streamed on kiostix.com on July 4 from 4 p.m. to 2 a.m. with performances from music collectives Anja, Dekadenz, Discouture, HDYLW?, Pleasure and Sunmantra, as well as visual artists Azeten and Mol Edrin.

The festival has partnered with eight food and beverage businesses, offering special packages to be delivered to attendees around Jakarta.

Tickets for the festival are available on kiostix.com, with prices starting from Rp 100,000 (US$6.97) to Rp 550,000 for bundling packages.

Zodiac has switched to digital content since the outbreak began.

Studiorama, which has presented some of the most decorated concerts in the capital since 2011, has also halted production as touring bands canceled shows around the world.

With the entertainment industry being one of the hardest-hit businesses during the pandemic, many vendors have switched to presenting events online.

The anticipated R&B and hip-hop festival FLAVS, which was set to present big-name rappers such as Stormzy and Azealia Banks, switched the event to an online concert with new performers.

Yogyakarta-based ska band Shaggydog also celebrated its 23rd anniversary with an online concert. (gis/wng)
