Online music streaming service JOOX is celebrating its fifth anniversary with a series of events until Oct. 28.
Dubbed Parade JOOX Lima (JOOX Five Parade), the series includes interactive discussions and special performances by Indonesian musicians that can be live-streamed on JOOX Live at 8 p.m.
On Oct. 18, for instance, the event will feature rappers Iwa K. and Ramengvrl.
On Oct. 20, a tribute by up-and-coming singers to late Indonesian performers, such as Didi Kempot, Chrisye and Glenn Fredly, will take place.
Launched in 2015, JOOX features more than 30 million Indonesian and international tracks. It recently rolled out various features for users, including Quick Sing, which allows users to sing and dance to their favorite songs while participating in karaoke competitions. (wir/wng)
