Since moving to Maleber, Ciherang, West Java, we have had problems with Speedy and Telkom. Our line was frequently disconnected and we lost both the Internet connection and the telephone line.
We tried to contact the nearest Telkom office and were always told they would replace the cable so we could get a better service. We thank the Telkom technicians who came to try to fix the problem. But the problem continues to date.
Is there any way we can get a steady Internet connection and stable telephone line?
