AKARTA: Chief of the Sunda Kelapa seaport security and guarding police Adj. Comr. Krisanto Yoga Darmawan said that his office was still waiting for a forensic result from the laboratory to find out the cause of the fire, which razed 26 houses in Muara Angke on Thursday.
"The result will be finalized Tuesday," Kristianto told tempointeraktif.com on Sunday.
He added that investigators had questioned eight witnes-ses including one of the re-sidents Evi.
"Some witnesses accused Evi to have burned her own house. But there's not enough evidence *to name her as a suspect*," he said.
Mukti, one of Evi's neighbors, suspected her as she often threatened to burn it each time she argued with her husband.
