P

olice said on Monday that a headless body found earlier in Cianjur, West Java was a South Korean woman identified only as Kim.

'The victim lived in a housing complex in Bekasi. We have questioned eight witnesses who have confirmed her identity,' Cianjur Police chief Adj. Sr. Comr. Dedy Kusuma Bakti said, as quoted by Antara.

Dedy said Kim was single and had been working in a factory in North Jakarta for 10 years. He said the police had not yet determined any possible suspects in the death of Kim, whose body was discovered on March 18.

Kim's domestic helper, identified as Juju, said she had met her employer on March 16 but had not seen her again until after the police summoned her to identify the body.

Juju said she was able to identify Kim by a tattoo on her left hand.
