y the end of last year, '€˜Tetap Dalam Jiwa'€™ (Still in Soul) was probably the most listened to song in the country and, to date, the music video, uploaded on YouTube, has recorded over 32 million hits.

Yet, with all this success, the singer considers it the least favorable song on her album Explore! released on Nov. 25, 2015.

'€œThe production process for '€˜Tetap Dalam Jiwa'€™ was the most difficult,'€ said Isyana Sarasvati as reported by tribunnews.com on Thursday, referencing the song that had brought her to popularity.

'€œThe truth is, I don'€™t like the song and that'€™s why it'€™s the last track on the album'€.

During production, the song lyrics changed and the track went through a series of musical rearrangements.

Isyana said she had been required to discuss each change with all stakeholders in the production.

'€œIt'€™s a very sad song. I know that many people like it, but I refused to sing at first it because it'€™s just too sad'€.
