The Workers Social Security Agency (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan) has joined forces with the Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Ministry to expand the social protection program to small businesses.
The government will hold a three-week bootcamp for 30 selected startups that can provide services like supply chain and finance management for small and medium enterprises (SME) as it aims to increase digitalization among the small businesses.
Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises Minister Teten Masduki said during the launch of a mentoring program on Thursday 40,000 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) across 18 provinces nationwide would be assisted.
