The antigraft body suspects Andra Y. Agussalam, the finance director of state-owned airport operator PT Angkasa Pura II (AP II), of accepting Rp 1 billion (US$70,215) worth of Singapore dollars in return for his alleged role in rigging a bid for a baggage-handling system procurement project for the airport operator’s subsidiary PT Angkasa Pura Propertindo (APP).
