Essentially, the facility is an optional additional service presented to Citilink Indonesia passengers when they buy a ticket through Citilink’s channels, such as their official website, online travel agents and check-in counters.

With fees ranging from Rp 60,000 ($4) to Rp 135,000 ($9), this service provides free snacks, insurance for punctual flights and delayed baggage, Wi-Fi in the provided lounge as well as a reimbursement of up to Rp 250,000 ($17) for flight and baggage delays of more than two hours.

Citilink said with Green Zone, passengers no longer needed to fill out a form or complete claim documents as such will be done automatically and digitally. (saz/wng)
