ravelers seeking competitive airfares may want to head to the Gandaria City shopping mall in South Jakarta, where Singapore Airlines and private lender Bank Central Asia (BCA) are holding their biannual travel fair until Sunday.
Visitors get to enjoy various benefits, including special ticket prices to popular destinations within Singapore Airlines' wide-ranging route network, such as Singapore, Bangkok, Beijing, Copenhagen, Düsseldorf as well as Paris and Perth.
In addition, there will be promotional fares to the airline's latest destinations, via nonstop flights from its hub in Singapore to US cities including Los Angeles, New York (Newark Liberty International Airport), San Francisco as well as the upcoming direct route to Seattle that is to launch in September.
"Customers will get to experience our new nonstop flights to New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco with the new A350-900ULR as well as destinations served by our A350-900MH aircraft, which include Adelaide and Jakarta," said Alan Lim, Singapore Airlines Indonesia general manager.

Visitors to the fair that closes on Sunday can also get their hands on special offers when purchasing with BCA Singapore Airlines credit cards, which includes multiplied KrisFlyer miles and allows for paying in interest-free installments.
At the travel fair, cashback promotions can see fares start at Rp 1,000,000 (US$70.77) to Singapore with the city-state's flag carrier.
"Various travel packages offered with attractive promotions specifically designed for loyal BCA customers are expected to help them plan vacations to their dream destinations," BCA director Santoso said. (kes)
