he Transportation Ministry said on Monday that despite the escalating tensions between Iran and Israel, flights departing Indonesia for the Middle East were operating as usual.
The ministry also said local authorities had not issued any orders to suspend or to reroute flights to and from the Middle East.
"Until today, there has been no disruption experienced by airlines serving flights to and from the Middle East," Transportation Ministry spokesperson Adita Irawati said in a statement.

Global airlines faced flight disruptions on Monday, the day after Iran launched a wave of missile and drone attacks at Israel that narrowed options for routes between Europe and Asia.
Israel, Jordan, Iraq and Lebanon reopened their airspaces later on Sunday, but some routes are still affected, as several European airliners have decided to suspend regular flights to a number of Gulf destinations.
Germany's Lufthansa suspended its regular flights to and from Tel Aviv, Erbil and Amman up to and including Monday, while flights to Beirut and Tehran remain suspended until at least Thursday.
