s the government accelerates the transformation of the national healthcare sector through increased investment, medical technology innovation and the development of global-standard healthcare facilities, Sinar Mas Land presents Medical Suites, an international-standard medical building designed to support the development of healthcare services, research, medical education and leading medical practices.

Aligned with the growing public demand for modern healthcare services integrated with technology and research in Indonesia, Medical Suites brings a sustainably designed concept across six floors, covering an area of ​over 14,800 square meters and offering rental units ranging from 200 to 2,600 square meters.

Each Medical Suites unit meets Biosafety Level 2 standards, ensuring the safety of laboratory and medical facility operations. The building is also equipped with an optimal natural ventilation system, full generator power backup to ensure service continuity and a high dead-load capacity to enable the use of high-tech medical equipment. This combination of features ensures that Medical Suites reliably and internationally supports the needs of a diverse range of healthcare providers, research centers and medical innovation centers.

Anna Budiman, CEO of Commercial BSD Sinar Mas Land, said the presence of Medical Suites is part of the company’s strategic step to expand the integrated digital economy and healthcare ecosystem in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in BSD City, named D-HUB SEZ, BSD City.

“We aim to provide infrastructure that not only supports high-standard medical operations but also encourages cross-sector collaboration, research and technology. This project is a crucial foundation for building a more innovative, sustainable and inclusive future for healthcare in Indonesia,” she explained.

In addition, Medical Suites offers various investment incentives for local and global investors to establish businesses in the healthcare sector, including exemptions from corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), luxury sales tax and import duties, as well as easier licensing for foreign medical personnel, flexible imports of equipment and drugs and flexibility in hospital and clinic classification.

“Medical Suites is scheduled to operate in Q4 2026 and is expected to make D-HUB SEZ an ideal destination for investors, medical service providers and health research institutions, while also becoming a catalyst for the development of global collaboration in the medical and research fields in Indonesia," Anna added.

Medical Suites is also connected to modern commercial centers such as The Breeze, AEON Mall BSD City, QBig, ICE BSD, BSD CBD, Green Office Park and Unilever Campus. Furthermore, the area is surrounded by international educational facilities such as Prasetiya Mulya University, IPEKA BSD, Jakarta Nanyang School, Binus University, Monash University and Sinarmas World Academy, as well as modern healthcare facilities like Eka Hospital BSD, which support an urban and professional lifestyle.

Ease of access is also guaranteed as Medical Suites is integrated with various toll networks: Serpong-Balaraja (Serbaraja) Toll Road Sections 1A & 1B, Jakarta, Serpong Toll Road which is integrated with JORR 1 Toll Road, JORR 2 Toll Road (Soekarno Hatta Airport - Kunciran - Serpong - Cinere - Cimanggis - Cibitung - Cilincing), Jakarta-Cikampek (Japek) Toll Road and Jagorawi Toll Road.
