Signed by SAAI president Rusmin Widjaja and SSTA president Jonathan Hung, the collaboration is expected to support the two countries’ industries and talent development programs related to aerospace and astronautics.
The MoU is also expected to lead to the creation of a platform for knowledge sharing related to the space industry, environmental protection initiatives and encourage technological innovations.
Various other events will also be held at the convention, such as those related to the Asian space industry and technology, including NewSpace Launchers and Missions, the Singapore Space Challenge (SSC) Award Ceremony and Start-up Pitching.
The latter will enable space technologies and satellite applications start-ups to pitch and share the information about their companies to a selected panel comprising industry experts and angel investors. (jes/kes)
