JAKARTA: Yet more news on celebrity divorce is here, this time concerning pop diva Krisdayanti and her musician husband Anang Hermansyah.

Anang, the diva’s husband for 13 years, says Krisdayanti will file for a divorce after Ramadan, and he’s indicated a third person is the reason behind the move.

“I tried to save [our marriage], but KD [Krisdayanti] asked me for a divorce,” Anang said as quoted by newsportal indonesiaselebriti.com.

“I couldn’t stop crying for a month,” he added.

According to Anang, Krisdayanti had an affair with another man, and that it was her daughter Aurel who told him about the affair.

“My children told me the whole story,” Anang said.

“Aurel told me what KD did behind my back when she was staying … in Bali.”

As for the identity of his wife’s alleged lover, he said, “I know who that man is, but I won’t tell.”
Stories about KD’s rumored extramarital affairs have made headlines in the past few years, but the couple always managed to dismiss the rumors.

“I already reminded KD many times: ‘Don’t play with firecrackers if you don’t want to get hurt’, but I guess she didn’t listen,” says Anang, the father of Titania Aurelie and Azriel Akbar. —JP
