Nearly 40 years after they were recorded in various studio sessions, acollection of tunes by guitar legend Jimi Hendrix finally saw the lightof day on March 9, when it was officially released for the Americanmarket by Legacy Recordings.
Hendrix fans will certainly cheer the fact that the 11th posthumous
album, Valleys of Neptune, containing 12 tunes that have never beenreleased to the public, is finally hitting the shelves. (By FelixDass, contributor).
Your comments:
This album is rehashed old material that should not be officially released. This is nothing but money trying to talk.

This is an awesome new release! I love every tune on it because Jimiand the band sound so good, and Eddie Kramer did a great job on it. Allthe music is fresh and alive. Jimi really shows them how beautifulmusic is played and grungy music too! Lotta blues here, which is cooltoo.

Have you guys seen the video to “Valleys of Neptune” from the new Jimi Hendrix record? It looks like a must-have — the video is just as awesome as the song.
