Yudha said the Consulate General had given the woman advice on the legal process in the US, and that the Consulate General was ready to provide legal counsel. He added that the Consulate General was coordinating with US authorities to ensure Tiga’s protection.
Tiga shared her story on Instagram from a hotel in Ohio where she was hiding. In tears, she explained how she endured the perils of domestic abuse at the hands of her husband.
